WOODLAND THEATRE is promoted by family owned company named WOODLAND THEATRES Pvt. Ltd. Consistently entertaining the people of Vasai-Virar region for the past 36 years, since January 1974. WOODLAND was constructed under the able leadership of then Chief Promoter and Managing Director Late Janmohamed Esmail Memon. WOODLAND is situated at Virar (W), the western suburb of Mumbai, about 60 km from Churchgate, north of Mumbai and away from the hussel and bussel of Mumbai but easily accessible to and from Mumbai by local train - western Railway, by road through 4 lane Mumbai - Ahmedabad highway.

WOODLAND THEATRE, is the only Theatre and entertainment venue in Virar. It is in the process of being upgraded with Air Conditioning and converting into 2 screens. WOODLAND is situated within 5 minutes walking distance from Virar (W) station, also well connected to all the other parts of Virar Region by local bus service with the bus stop know to locals as “WOODLAND ”.
